Examples of Tenant Indemnitees in a sentence
Landlord shall not be liable for any inconvenience or annoyance to Tenant or Tenant Indemnitees, injury to Tenant’s business, or pain and suffering, resulting in any way from such damage or the repair thereof.
In case any action or proceeding is brought against any or all of the Tenant Indemnitees by reason of any of Landlord’s Indemnified Matters, Landlord, upon receipt of written notice from Tenant, shall resist and defend such action or proceeding by counsel reasonably satisfactory to Tenant.
In case of any action or proceeding brought against the Tenant Indemnitees by reason of any such claim, upon notice from Tenant, Landlord covenants to defend such action or proceeding by counsel chosen by Landlord.
Landlord shall indemnify and hold harmless Tenant and any Tenant Indemnitees against any and all Environmental Damages.
The foregoing indemnification is given solely for the purpose of protecting the parties to this Lease and the Tenant Indemnitees and Landlord Indemnitees and shall not be deemed extended to, or interpreted in a manner to confer any benefit, right or cause of action upon, any other person.
