Tenant Space definition

Tenant Space means and refer to the Premises together with the Pathway.
Tenant Space means a portion of a structure occupied by a single commercial leaseholder with its own public entrance from the exterior of the building or through a shared lobby, atrium, mall, or hallway and separated from other tenant spaces by walls.
Tenant Space means and refer to Premises-A and the Pathway.

  • All prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings and/or practices relative to the leasing or use of the Tenant Space are merged herein or revoked hereby.

  • Tenant shall require each contractor which it engages to perform any improvements or alterations within the Tenant Space or elsewhere in the Building or the Property, to acknowledge and agree in writing that it is performing its work under its agreement with Tenant solely for the benefit of Tenant and that Tenant is not acting as Landlord’s agent.

  • Any other use of the Tenant Space is subject to Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld or conditioned in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Prior to occupying the Tenant Space, and prior to the expiration of each such policy, Tenant shall submit to Landlord certificates of insurance evidencing such policies (and the applicable renewals thereof) being in effect.

Tenant Space means and refer to the applicable Premises together with its applicable Pathway.
Tenant Space means the entire building which encompasses a building or use on a site; or in buildings designed for multi-tenant occupancy, it is the space between demising walls and which has an independent entrance to common corridors or to the outside. Portions of tenant spaces that are sublet to or otherwise allowed to be used by persons or businesses other than the principle person or business of a tenant space are not considered tenant spaces in the context of this chapter.
