Examples of Tenant's Fault in a sentence
Landlord shall indemnify, protect, defend and hold Tenant harmless from all Claims arising from or in connection with the death of or any accident, occurrence, injury, loss or damage whatsoever caused to any natural person or to the property of any Person as shall occur in any part of the Common Area (except to the extent such Claims arise from or in connection with Tenant's Fault).
The term "Tenant's Fault" shall mean Tenant's or its agent's, contractor's or employee's negligence or willful misconduct or failure to comply with Legal Requirements or Tenant's breach of this Lease (including but not limited to Tenant's failure to timely submit plans and specifications for Landlord's approval as required herein).
