Tender Agent definition

Tender Agent means, with respect to each Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds, The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York banking corporation, and its successors and any corporation resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party, or any successor Tender Agent appointed in accordance with the terms of this Supplemental Resolution.

Tender Agent means the Fiscal Agent and any additional Tender Agent appointed by the City.

Tender Agent means The Bank of New York, a New York banking corporation and its successors and any corporation resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party, or any successor Tender Agent appointed in accordance with the terms of the Resolution.

Examples of Tender Agent in a sentence

• Except as otherwise provided, it shall be sufficient service of any notice, request, complaint, demand or other paper required to be given to or filed with the City, the Trustee, the Tender Agent, the Bank and the Remarketing Agent if the same shall be duly mailed by registered or certified mail.

• The Remarketing Agent agrees to keep such books and records as shall be consistent with prudent industry practice and to make such books and records available for inspection by the City, the Trustee and the Tender Agent at all times.
