Tender Bonds definition

Tender Bonds means any Securities payable from all or a portion of the Pledged Revenues which by their terms may be required to be tendered for purchase, or which may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner thereof for purchase, prior to the stated maturity thereof.
Tender Bonds means the Bonds paying current interest and subject to tender on the Mandatory Tender Date and in the aggregate principal amounts set forth in each Pricing Certificate.
Tender Bonds means the Bonds and any other Securities payable from Pledged Revenues which by their terms may be required to be tendered for purchase, or which may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner thereof for purchase, prior to the stated maturity thereof. “Treasurer” means the duly appointed and acting Treasurer of the Enterprise and his or her successors in function.

More Definitions of Tender Bonds

Tender Bonds means Bonds, a feature of which is an option or requirement on the part of the Holders of such Bonds to tender such Bonds to the County or a fiduciary for such Holders for payment or purchase prior to stated maturity.
Tender Bonds shall have the meaning given such term in Section 203(d) hereof. “Termination Hedge Payments,” except as otherwise provided in an Applicable Trust Agreement, shall mean all payments, other than Scheduled Hedge Payments, to be made by the Authority or a Hedge Provider, as the case may be, under a Qualified Hedge Agreement.

In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.

  • Convertible Bonds means the $450,000,000 1.875 per cent senior unsecured guaranteed convertible bonds due 2025 and issued by NMC Health (Jersey) Limited, including the transactions contemplated under the Transaction Documents (as defined in the Convertible Bond Trust Deed);

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $2,348,000 of the Series B Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.
