Tender Securities definition

Tender Securities means the series of Securities subject to the Cash Tender Offers.
Tender Securities means the Securities tendered or to be tendered in Offers of Securities.

  • The Lender may without notice, in the event of any postponement of the offer, for Application Securities or Tender Securities recall one or more Facility relating to the Application Securities or Tender Securities, as the case may be.

  • Series B Securities means the Company's Series B 9.25% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 1, 2027, as authenticated and issued under this Indenture.

  • Equity Preferred Securities means, with respect to any Person, any trust preferred securities or deferrable interest subordinated debt securities issued by such Person or other financing vehicle of such Person that (i) have an original maturity of at least twenty years, and (ii) require no repayments or prepayments and no mandatory redemptions or repurchases, in each case, prior to the first anniversary of the latest Maturity Date.

  • Lock-Up Securities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5.
