Examples of Teradata Common Stock in a sentence

  • Amounts deducted from a Participant’s Compensation pursuant to Section 6 hereof shall be recorded by the Company and applied to the purchase of Teradata Common Stock hereunder.

  • As of each Exercise Date the amount of payroll deductions for each Participant in the applicable Purchase Period shall be applied to purchase shares of Teradata Common Stock at the Purchase Price.

  • Should no sale of Teradata Common Stock occur on any Exercise Date, then the Purchase Price shall be determined on the basis of the sales of Teradata Common Stock on the first day prior thereto on which such sales were made.

  • Upon a Participant’s withdrawal, the amount credited to his Stock Purchase Account shall go toward the purchase of Teradata Common Stock on the next Exercise Date.
