Term and Effective Date. The Master Contract became effective March 22, 2023, and its term currently ends on August 31, 2027. The Master Contract has five years of renewals available. The Contract will become effective on April 1, 2023, or on the date signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract will expire on August 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier or renewed in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions.
Term and Effective Date. The term of this Contract will become effective on June 14, 2019, or on the date the document is signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and shall be effective through December 1, 2023, consistent with the Master Agreement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions.
Term and Effective Date. The initial term of this Contract will begin June 20, 2020, or on the date the Contract is fully signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and will expire December 1, 2023, consistent with the Master Agreement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions (Florida).
Term and Effective Date. The initial term of this Participating Addendum will become effective on the date the document is signed by all Parties, and shall be effective through September 30, 2020, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the General Contract Conditions.
Term and Effective Date. For new resources, this Agreement has two periods that together comprise the Term of the Agreement. The Company shall issue this Agreement within 10 Business Days of either (i) the execution of the Interconnection Agreement for the Facility, or (ii) for a Facility that does not have an interconnection agreement but has an interconnection queue position, and the Customer has provided to the Company documentation that it has attained Financial Interest for at least ninety percent (90%) of the Facility capacity, output, or other form of participation or subscription. The Company shall execute this Agreement within fifteen (15) Business Days of receiving this Agreement signed by the Customer. This Agreement is effective when fully executed by the Parties (the “Effective Date”).
(a) The Construction Period commences on the Effective Date and ends on the Commercial Operation Date. Customer shall provide notice to the Company a minimum of ten (10) Business Days in advance of the Commercial Operation Date. The Construction Period must be completed within 24 months of the Effective Date. Customer may seek an extension of the Construction Period for an interconnection-related delay or circumstances beyond Customer’s control, or as consented to by the Company, with consent not being unreasonably withheld.
(b) The Delivery Period of the Agreement, with respect to applying Bill Credits, begins on the Commercial Operation Date of the Facility and continues through the twentieth (20th) anniversary of the Commercial Operation Date. For existing resources, the Delivery Period of the Agreement with respect to applying Bill Credits, begins on the Effective Date and continues through the 20th anniversary of the Effective Date.
Term and Effective Date. This Agreement will become effective on June 1, 2023, or on the date signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Agreement will expire on June 30, 2030, unless terminated earlier or renewed by the Parties.
Term and Effective Date. The term of this Participating Addendum will become effective on January 1, 2018, and shall be effective through June 30, 2021, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Florida General Contract Conditions.
Term and Effective Date. This Contract shall be effective upon the date of execution of this Contract by the Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement and shall terminate [insert number of years (or days for contracts less than one year) in words and numerals] thereafter. The Government in its sole discretion, shall have the option to renew this Contract for a period of one (1) additional year subject to the same terms noted herein, by providing the Contractor with sixty (60) days written notice of the Government’s election to renew. (Only insert renewal language in second sentence if the contract has an option to renew) Or The term of this Contract shall be from September 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021. Upon the date of execution of this Contract by the Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement, this Contract shall become effective for the Term set out herein. The Government in its sole discretion, shall have the option to renew this Contract for a period of one additional year subject to the same terms noted herein, by providing the Contractor with sixty (60) days written notice of the Government’s election to renew. Term and Effective Date. This contract shall become effective upon execution by the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Sun Prairie, unless another effective date is specified in the attachment(s) incorporated in Section 3, however in no case shall work commence before execution by the City of Sun Prairie. The term of this contract shall be from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 with the option to extend for three additional 1 year terms upon the same or more favorable terms and conditions, and under mutual agreement of both parties .
Term and Effective Date. The initial term of this ACS will begin March 16, 2021, or on the date the ACS is fully signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The ACS will expire on November 10, 2022, unless terminated earlier by the Participating State or by the Department in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions.
