Common use of Term and Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Term and Effective Date. This contract shall become effective upon execution by the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Sun Prairie, unless another effective date is specified in the attachment(s) incorporated in Section 3, however in no case shall work commence before execution by the City of Sun Prairie.
