Any Subsidiary that becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to this Section 1.09 shall thereupon be deemed for all purposes to be a Revolving Credit Borrower under the Revolving Credit Facility hereunder and/or a Term A Borrower under the Term A Facility hereunder, and/or a Term B Borrower under a Term B Facility hereunder as applicable.
Each such prepayment of any Term B Advances shall be applied as specified by the Term B Borrower.
Following repayment in full of the Term A Loans, Term B Borrower may at any time and from time to time prepay the Term B Loans, in whole or in part, but together with the then-applicable Repayment Premium, upon irrevocable (unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent) written notice delivered to the Administrative Agent no later than 12:00 Noon, one Business Day prior thereto, which notice shall specify the date and amount of prepayment.
