Term CXXXX Transition Event definition

Term CXXXX Transition Event means the determination by the Administrative Agent that (a) Term CXXXX has been recommended for use by the Relevant Governmental Body, and is determinable for any Available Tenor, (b) the administration of Term CXXXX is administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent and (c) a Benchmark Replacement, other than Term CXXXX, has replaced CDOR in accordance with Section 18.6.1.

  • Additional Disruption Event means any of Change in Law, Hedging Disruption and/or Increased Cost of Hedging.
