Term Loan 2011 Maturity Date definition

Term Loan 2011 Maturity Date is March 15, 2016.
Term Loan 2011 Maturity Date is, with respect to each Term Loan 2011 Advance, the earlier of (a) the expiration of the Amortization Period for such Term Loan 2011 Advance, (b) April [ ], 2015 or (c) the occurrence of an Event of Default.
Term Loan 2011 Maturity Date is the earliest of (a) June 1, 2016 or (b) the occurrence of an Event of Default. “Term Loan 2011 Payment” is defined in Section 2.1.6(b).
