Term Renewal. Notwithstanding the Term End Date set forth above, this SOW shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms on the same terms and conditions set forth herein unless, (1) the MSA or SOW 2021-1 have expired or been terminated; (2) either Party notifies the other Party of its intent not to renew this SOW beyond the then-current term, with or without cause, by providing the non-terminating Party no less than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice before the end of the then-current term; or (3) this SOW is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms and/or those set forth in the MSA. Term Renewal in Section 11.1 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with: 11.1 Term/Renewal. This Agreement shall have a term (the “Term”) commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date which is eight years from the Commercial Launch Date (the “Initial Term”). Related to Term Renewal

  • Non-Renewal shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2(b) hereof.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
