Term Renewal. Notwithstanding the Term End Date set forth above, this SOW shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms on the same terms and conditions set forth herein unless, (1) the MSA or SOW 2021-1 have expired or been terminated; (2) either Party notifies the other Party of its intent not to renew this SOW beyond the then-current term, with or without cause, by providing the non-terminating Party no less than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice before the end of the then-current term; or (3) this SOW is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms and/or those set forth in the MSA. Term Renewal in Section 11.1 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with: 11.1 Term/Renewal. This Agreement shall have a term (the “Term”) commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date which is eight years from the Commercial Launch Date (the “Initial Term”). After the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement will be automatically renewed for successive ninety-day terms (each, a “Renewal Term”) until terminated by either Party with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term. The Initial Term and any Renewal Term are collectively referred to as the “Term.” AT&T will have the right to suspend or terminate the Agreement at any time due to regulatory issues, detected fraudulent activity, harm to AT&T’s mobile network or the AT&T Service or to End Users. Related to Term Renewal

  • Non-Renewal shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2(b) hereof.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Term XXXXX means, for the applicable corresponding tenor, the forward-looking term rate based on XXXXX that has been selected or recommended by the Relevant Governmental Body, and that is published by an authorized benchmark administrator and is displayed on a screen or other information service, as identified or selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion at approximately a time and as of a date prior to the commencement of an Interest Period determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion in a manner substantially consistent with market practice.
