Terminal Component definition

Terminal Component means the part of the Terminal as specified in Item 8 of Schedule 1.

  • Where DBCT Management proposes a Capital Charge that varies from the Capital Charge applied in respect of Reference Tonnage for that Terminal Component, it must demonstrate to the Access Seeker that the divergence is justified.

  • A Reference Tariff will apply to all Reference Tonnage, or where Section 11.1(b) applies, a different Reference Tariff for the Reference Tonnage in respect of each Terminal Component.
