Terminal Component definition

Terminal Component means the part of the Terminal as specified in Item 8 of Schedule 1.

  • A Reference Tariff will apply to all Reference Tonnage, or where Section 11.1(b) applies, a different Reference Tariff for the Reference Tonnage in respect of each Terminal Component.
