Termination Payment Schedule definition

Termination Payment Schedule has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(d)(iv), as described in Schedule 13 (Termination Payment Schedule).
Termination Payment Schedule means the schedule set out in Schedule 11. Tertiary Hospital means a major hospital dedicated to specific sub-speciality care, including centres of excellence, research and development, and which provides services at a level 6 according to the clinical services role delineation definitions. Therapeutic Goods Administration or TGA means the Therapeutic Goods Administration, ABN 40 939 406 804, being a Commonwealth regulatory agency for medical drugs and devices. Third Party IP Claim is defined in Clause 36.7(a).
Termination Payment Schedule means the schedule containing the details of Termination Payments, attached herewith as Schedule “V”.

  • The procedures described in this Section 4.1(f) shall be repeated as necessary until Purchaser has accepted the Revised Design, Project Schedule, Annual Contract Quantity, and Termination Payment Schedule.
