Terms of Trading definition

Terms of Trading means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document.
Terms of Trading or “Term” shall mean terms and conditions set forth herein or in any written document provided by WS and made a part of the contractual relationship between WS and a Customer or Shipper.

  • The Supplier agrees to supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with these Terms of Trading.

  • In the following Standard Terms of Trading and Quotations ("this Contract"), "the Company" shall mean CFM Airsystems Pty Ltd, and "the Buyer" shall mean the person or entity purchasing "the goods", being the goods the subject of this Contract.

Related to Terms of Trading

  • Termination of Trading means that the Common Stock or other securities into which the Securities are convertible is neither listed for trading on a U.S. national securities exchange nor approved for trading on an established automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.

  • Tool of Trade means:a Vehicle that has tools, implements, machinery or plant attached to or towed by the Vehicle and is being used by You at Your premises or on any Worksite. Tool of Trade does not include any Vehicle whilst travelling to or from a Worksite or Vehicles that are used to carry goods to or from any premises.

  • Close of Trading means the Scheduled Closing Time of the Relevant Stock Exchange with respect to the Fund or any Successor Fund; and

  • means of transport means rail transport, road freight transport, inland waterway transport, maritime transport, air transport, and intermodal transport;

  • Regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation means the regulations in 49 CFR Parts 100-189.

  • Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Data Local Exchange Carrier or "DLEC" is a CLEC interconnecting primarily for purposes of transporting data.

  • Stock Exchanges means BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited;

  • Normal Market Size for CFD trading shall mean the maximum number of units of the Underlying Asset that are transmitted by the Company for execution.

  • Severe forms of trafficking in persons means— (1) Sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or

  • Local Exchange Carrier or "LEC" means any Carrier that is engaged in the provision of telephone Exchange Service or Exchange Access. Such term does not include a Carrier insofar as such Carrier is engaged in the provision of a commercial mobile service under Section 332(c) of the Act, except to the extent that the FCC finds that such service should be included in the definition of such term.

  • Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. §153. Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG): The Telcordia Technologies reference customarily used to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information, as well as equipment designation. Local Interconnection Trunk or Local Interconnection Trunk Group: One-way or two-way trunks or trunk groups used to exchange Local Traffic between a switch of one Party and a switch of the other Party.

  • OTCBB means the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.

  • Date of Transfer means the date of registration of transfer of the Property into the name of the Purchaser in the Deeds Registry in Pietermaritzburg;

  • Day-Ahead Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Notice of Transfer With regard to Distressed Mortgage Loans that will become Transferred Mortgage Loans, the notice given by the related Prior Servicer (if such Prior Servicer is Aurora) to the Master Servicer, the applicable Custodian, the Trustee and the Special Servicer or by the Master Servicer (if the related Prior Servicer(s) are not Aurora) to the Prior Servicer(s), the applicable Custodian, the Trustee and the Special Servicer, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

  • Department of Transportation means the United States Department of Transportation and any agency or instrumentality of the United States government succeeding to its functions.

  • OTC means Over-the-Counter.
