Tool of Trade definition

Tool of Trade means a Vehicle that has tools, implements, machinery or plant forming part of or attached to or towed by the Vehicle and is being used by the Insured at their premises or on any Worksite. Tool of Trade does not include any Vehicle whilst travelling to or from a Worksite or Vehicles that are used to carry goods to or from any premises.

Tool of Trade means any Vehicle which has attached as an integral part of such Vehicle any equipment for mechanical digging, scraping, grading, slashing, mowing, drilling, lifting, or levelling, whilst such equipment is being used for the purpose for which it was designed.
