Qualifications: • Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Tertiary Institution in an Education, social studies and related field • Minimum of 8 years post qualification relevant work experience in reputable Institution, 4 years of which should in a senior management position Competencies: • Good managerial and leadership skills • Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Education system in Ghana • Adequate knowledge of issues related to teacher professional development and ethics.
Employees shall be granted sufficient time off with pay to travel to and sit for the examinations of any approved course of study or for the mature age entrance examination for tertiary admission conducted by the Tertiary Institution Service Centre.
Post Graduate Certificate from a Tertiary Institution (or equivalent) (Registered Nurse), 4.0% of the Allowance Rate per week.
Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Tertiary Institution in Administration, Social Sciences or other related field; • Minimum of eight (8) years post qualification relevant work experience in reputable Institutions, four (4) years of which should be in a senior management position • Pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the Public Services Commission in consultation with Ghana Education Service Council.
