Test Fuel definition

Test Fuel means, collectively, all fuel utilized by Lessor or requested (and purchased) by Lessor from Lessee in connection with any Testing of Unit 2 prior to Commercial Operation.

Related to Test Fuel

  • Renewable fuel means a fuel that is derived from Eligible Energy Resources. This term does not include a fossil fuel or a waste product from a fossil fuel source.

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

Sections 7401, et seq. as amended through November 15, 1990.

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);
