Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall remain responsible for the payment of all Taxes on account of the Work, including Texas Sales and Use Tax on any purchase, lease or rental of construction equipment and on any other purchases related to Work other than the Equipment.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Contract Price does not include Texas Sales and Use Tax on Equipment (which is subject to exemption as provided under Section 4.8A).
