Texas Vehicle definition

Texas Vehicle means a Group IV Vehicle financed by TFFC on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease in the State of Texas.

Texas Vehicle means an Eligible Vehicle acquired by Thrifty Finance on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease in the State of Texas.

Texas Vehicle means (i) an Eligible Vehicle acquired by National on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease in the State of Texas, or (ii) in the case of any Series of Segregated Notes, a National Vehicle under and as defined in the Supplement related to such Series."

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, no Texas Vehicle may be sold or otherwise disposed of (other than pursuant to Section 17.3 of the Base Lease), including at Auction or by return to its Manufacturer pursuant to a Vehicle Disposition Program, prior to its purchase by a Lessee pursuant to and in accordance with this paragraph 9.

• The Lessor shall cause title to each Texas Vehicle to be transferred to the applicable Lessee, and the Servicer shall cause the Master Collateral Agent to cause its Lien to be removed from the Certificate of Title for such Vehicle, concurrently with or promptly after such purchase price for such Texas Vehicle (and any such unpaid Rent and payments) is paid by such Lessee to the Master Collateral Agent.

• The Lessor (if such Vehicle is a Lessor-Owned Vehicle, a Texas Vehicle or a Hawaii Vehicle) or the applicable Lessee (if such Vehicle is a Financed Vehicle other than a Texas Vehicle or a Hawaii Vehicle) shall have delivered to the Trustee (i) a fully executed Assignment Agreement covering such Vehicle, (ii) the related Repurchase Program (which shall be an Eligible Repurchase Program), and (iii) any other Group II Collateral relating to such Vehicle.

• This Loan is not secured by real property and is not to be used for the purpose of financing a business licensed by the Motor Vehicle Board of the Texas Department of Transportation under Section 4.01(a), Texas Vehicle Commission (Article 4413(36), Vernon's Statute).

• The Lessor shall cause title to each Texas Vehicle or Hawaii Vehicle to be transferred to the Lessee thereof, and the Servicer shall cause the Trustee to cause its Lien to be removed from the Certificate of Title for such Group III Vehicle, concurrently with or promptly after such purchase price for such Texas Vehicle or Hawaii Vehicle, as applicable, (and any such unpaid Rent and payments) is paid by the Lessee to the Trustee.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, no Texas Vehicle may be sold or otherwise disposed of (other than pursuant to Section 17.3 of the Base Lease), including at Auction or by return to its Manufacturer pursuant to a Manufacturer Program, prior to its purchase by the Lessee pursuant to and in accordance with this paragraph 9.

• The Lessor shall cause title to each Texas Vehicle to be transferred to the applicable Lessee, and the Servicer shall cause the Master Collateral Agent to cause its lien to be removed from the Certificate of Title for such Vehicle, concurrently with or promptly after such purchase price for such Texas Vehicle (and any such unpaid Rent and payments) is paid by such Lessee to the Master Collateral Agent.

More Definitions of Texas Vehicle

Texas Vehicle means a Group II Vehicle acquired by TFFC on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease in the State of Texas.

Texas Vehicle means a Group IV Vehicle financed by TFFC on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease under Annex B of the Group IV Master Lease in the State of Texas; provided, however, that, on any date after the Closing Date, the Group IV Vehicles leased under the Group IV Lease for use in the State of Texas under Annex B of the Group IV Lease may be converted by TFFC and the Group IV Lessees upon (i) written notice to the Trustee specifying the date of such transfer, (ii) the execution of appropriate documentation evidencing the sale of such vehicles to TFFC and (iii) the appropriate adjustment of future rent in respect of such vehicles under the Group IV Master Lease, and on and after such specified date, such Vehicles shall no longer be referred to as "Texas Vehicles" for the purposes of this Supplement and the other Related Documents.

Texas Vehicle means an Eligible Repurchase Vehicle or an Eligible Non-Repurchase Vehicle acquired on or after the Lease Commencement Date for lease in the State of Texas.
