Maximum Liability has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.10.
Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day. Maximum Run Time:
High Deductible Health Plan means the High-Deductible Health Plan offered by the Employer as a Benefit Package Option under the Medical Insurance Plan that is intended to qualify as a High-Deductible Health Plan under Code §223(c)(2), as described in materials provided separately by the Employer.
Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and
Technical Limits means the limits and constraints described in Schedule 2, relating to the operations, maintenance and dispatch of the Project.
Deductible has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(e).
Aggregate Limit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.

Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.
Normal Maximum Generation means the highest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.
Maximum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection to address either a generation or transmission emergency in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more Generation Capacity Resources, or Non- Retail Behind The Meter Generation resources to operate at its maximum net or gross electrical power output, subject to the equipment stress limits for such Generation Capacity Resource or Non-Retail Behind The Meter resource in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.
Annual Additions means the sum of the following amounts credited to a Participant for a Limitation Year:
Plantwide applicability limitation (PAL means an emission limitation expressed in tons per year, for a pollutant at a major stationary source, that is enforceable as a practical matter and established source-wide in accordance with Chapter 19, section 011.
Minimum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more generating resources to operate at or below Normal Minimum Generation, in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.
Limits or "dose limits" means the permissible upper bounds of radiation doses.
Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
Electrical Losses means all applicable losses, including the following: (a) any transmission or transformation losses between the CAISO Revenue Meter(s) and the Delivery Point; and (b) the Distribution Loss Factor, if applicable.
Facility Limit means $100,000,000 as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.02(e). References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the sum of the Aggregate Capital plus the LC Participation Amount.
Deductible Amount means, with respect to any Insuring Agreement, the amount set forth under the heading “Deductible Amount” in Item 3 of the Declarations or in any Rider for such Insuring Agreement, applicable to each Single Loss covered by such Insuring Agreement.
Concentration Limits means, as of any date of determination prior to (x) the Commitment Termination Date with respect to all items below and (y) the Final Maturity Date with respect to the concentration limit set forth in clause (d) below, for purposes of determining the Excess Concentration Amount and the Borrowing Base, the concentration limitations set forth below:
the limits of deviation means the limits of deviation shown on the deposited plan;
