The Bona Fide Offer. Notice shall constitute an offer (the "Offer") on the part of the Offeror to sell to the Remaining Shareholders all of --- the Shares owned by the Offeror and shall fix a date and time by which the Remaining Shareholders individually must notify the Offeror of their intent to purchase the Shares owned by such Offeror, which date shall not be less than 10 days nor more than 30 days after the Bona Fide Offer Notice is given.
