The determination year means the academic year beginning two years before the admission year.
The determination year relating to any academic year means the year preceding the year in which the academic year commences;

  • The determination year is the school year beginning two years before the school year in which the arrangements will apply.Consequently, a consultation was launched on 8th January 2020 and concluded on 28th February 2020 in relation to the proposed admission arrangements for September 2021 onwards, and a consultation report has been drafted which describes the consultation process and feedback received.

  • Interest Determination Date means, with respect to a Rate of Interest and Interest Accrual Period, the date specified as such hereon or, if none is so specified, (i) the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is Sterling or (ii) the day falling two Business Days in London for the Specified Currency prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is neither Sterling nor euro or (iii) the day falling two TARGET Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is euro.

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • Adverse determination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.7.

  • transition year means the financial year of an issuer or business in which the issuer or business changes its financial year-end;

  • taxation year means the calendar year to which an assessment roll applies for the purposes of taxation;
