The final destination, where applicable, means the place named in the SCC.
the Firm means the individual or firm providing the services under this Contract.
Final Agreement means the agreement signed and ratified by the Parties at the end of Stage 5 of the BCTC Process.
Other Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.7(c).
hereto “herein”, “hereby”, “hereof” and similar expressions mean and refer to this Indenture and any indenture, deed or instrument supplemental hereto; and the expressions “Article”, “Section”, “subsection” and “paragraph” followed by a number, letter or both mean and refer to the specified article, section, subsection or paragraph of this Indenture;
Written agreement means a written agreement made pursuant to section 8. A written agreement may address new jobs, qualified new jobs, full-time jobs, retained jobs, or any combination of new jobs, qualified new jobs, full-time jobs, or retained jobs.
Signatories means those companies or industry participants who sign this Voluntary Agreement, which shall include (but not be limited to) Equipment Manufacturers, Software Providers, Conditional Access Providers, Component Manufacturers and Service Providers.
Commercial Agreements means all or any Agreement or Agreements with any third party including but not limited to broadcasting, media, sponsorship, marketing, merchandising, licensing and advertising, for the general promotion of each or any of the Clubs in the Competition and the Company, and which have the object of promoting the welfare and general commercial interest and increasing the financial resources of each of the Clubs, the Company and the Competition.
Confidentiality Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 5(d).
Appendix B means the appendix to this document setting out key specifications of the Seller's Facility
Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.
Fire Chief means the chief of the Fire Department.
Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Actions or Proceedings means any action, suit, proceeding, arbitration or Governmental or Regulatory Authority investigation or audit.
Interlocal Agreement means an agreement entered into under this act.
Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.
Entire Contract This Contract constitutes the entire contract and understanding between you and XOOM with respect to its subject matter and superseding all prior written and oral contracts and representations made with respect to the subject matter.
Entire Agreement This Agreement, including the Enrollment form and/or Welcome letter and your Contract Summary, constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between you and XOOM with respect to its subject matter and superseding all prior written and oral Agreements and representations made with respect to the subject matter.
Commercial Agreement means an agreement, other than an agency agreement, made between carriers and relating to the provision of their joint services for carriage of passengers by air;
Written Summary means the written summary that must be submitted annually to the Ministry as required by the Section titled Reporting Requirements of this Certificate.
Subject Matter means the Unit as finally described in the Sectional Plan, read together with the Register;
written statement means the written statement that the owner of the protected site is required to give to the occupier by section 1(2) of this Act.”
Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:
Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.
Information Certificate means the Information Certificate of Borrower constituting Exhibit A hereto containing material information with respect to Borrower, its business and assets provided by or on behalf of Borrower to Lender in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements and the financing arrangements provided for herein.
Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.
