The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Mortgage Loan definition

The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan designated as Mortgage Loan No. 15 on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and that is pari passu in right of payment with The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Companion Loan to the extent set forth in The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Intercreditor Agreement. Prior to The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Companion Loan Securitization Date, The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Mortgage Loan shall be a Serviced Pari Passu Mortgage Loan. On and after The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Companion Loan Securitization Date, The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Mortgage Loan shall be a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan.
The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan designated as Mortgage Loan No. 2 on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and that is pari passu in right of payment with The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Serviced Companion Loan to the extent set forth in The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Intercreditor Agreement. The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Mortgage Loan is a “Mortgage Loan”.
