the Objects definition

the Objects means the Objects of the Charity as defined in clause 3 of the Memorandum
the Objects means the Objects of the Charity as defined in Article 1;

Examples of the Objects in a sentence

  • Under this Contract, the Buyer not obliged to order higher number of the Objects of Purchase than the number stated in the first delivery (i.e. has the option whether to order more or not).

  • The ownership right to the Objects of Purchase shall be transferred to the Buyer upon the acceptance of the Objects of Purchase by the Buyer.

  • The Buyer is entitled (but not obliged) takeover the Objects of Purchase despite the above mentioned deficiencies, in particular if such deficiencies do not prevent the Buyer in the proper use of the Objects of Purchase.
