Individual Case Basis or "ICB" shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit I.

Individual Case Basis. (ICB) means a service arrangement in which the regulations, rates, charges and other terms and conditions are developed based on the specific circumstances of the case. Vesta Solutions may or may not have an equivalent service in the price list for which there is a rate, and the quoted ICB rates may be different than the price list rates.
