The appointment of a judge, a judge of appeal, the Chief Justice, or the President, is to be by a commission under the Public Seal of the State issued by the Governor.
The Governor by commission under the Public Seal of the State may appoint one or more persons each having the necessary qualification to be a master of the Supreme Court.
Appointment of judges (1) The Governor, by commission under the Public Seal of the State, may appoint as many persons as are needed for the purposes of this Act to be Family Court judges.
