The Retailer or third party (as the case may be) will provide such evidence that it has maintained an acceptable credit rating as the Distributor or its agent may from time to time reasonably require.
The Retailer will reimburse the Distributor for all of the Distributor's reasonable costs incurred in relation to the disconnection and any reconnection.
The Retailer will not knowingly supply electricity on a Conveyance Only basis to an ICP unless there is a valid Distributor’s Agreement in force in relation to the ICP.

The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include in its Consumer Contracts a statement to the effect that it is the Consumer's responsibility to maintain the Consumer Service Lines in a safe condition using a suitably qualified person (except if and to the extent that the Distributor is required by law to provide and maintain those lines or the Distributor agrees to maintain the Consumer Service Lines).
The Retailer will on reasonable written request from the Distributor, and within a reasonable timeframe, provide the Distributor with such Consumer information as is reasonably available to the Retailer and necessary to enable the Distributor to fulfil its obligations in accordance with this agreement.
The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include in each of its Consumer Contracts a requirement that, if any of the Distributor's Equipment is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Consumer or the Consumer’s agents or invitees, then the Consumer will pay the cost of making good the damage to the Distributor.
The Retailer shall be entitled to disclose any information concerning the Consumer to any other person as may be required or permitted by law, or where the Retailer considers that such disclosure is desirable for the purposes of the matters contemplated by this Agreement.
The Retailer will promptly forward to the Distributor any response received from the Consumer and the Distributor will consider in good faith all such responses it receives.
