The Special Committee definition

The Special Committee means the ‘Eastern Reserve Committee of Management’ appointed pursuant to the provisions of Section 86 of the Local Government Act 1989.

  • Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.
