Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;
Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.
OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.
Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;
Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;
Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.
Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);
Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.
Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
