The Supply Order definition

The Supply Order means the order of supply of materials/services placed (including all attachments and appendices and all documents incorporated by reference therein) on the supplier. The supply order shall be deemed as “Contract” appearing in the document.
The Supply Order means the order placed by the PURCHASER, after the Acceptance of LOI by the bidder, duly signed by the PURCHASER including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein.
