Customer Order definition

Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.
Customer Order means an order to buy or sell an NMS security that is not for the account of a broker or dealer, but shall not include any order for a quantity of a security having a market value of at least $50,000 for an NMS se- curity that is an option contract and a market value of at least $200,000 for any other NMS security.

  • In addition to other rights that Oracle has in this Agreement and Customer Order, Oracle has the right to take remedial action if the Acceptable Use Policy is violated, and such remedial action may include, without limitation, removing or disabling access to material that violates the policy and/or terminating the Customer’s Services.

  • Upon receipt of a Customer Order, if FirstLight determines (in its sole discretion) to accept the Customer Order, FirstLight will deliver the requested Service (or some portion of the Services).

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any handwritten changes to a Customer Order shall be void unless acknowledged and approved in writing by a duly authorized representative of each party.


More Definitions of Customer Order

Customer Order means an order for purchase of goods or availing of services provided by the Sub Merchant at the Sub Merchant’s Site and made by the Customer at the Sub Merchant’s Site and which Customer Order shall be specifically designated by a Customer Order Number on mention or use of which the details of the order could be obtained by the Customer from the Sub Merchant on-line at the Site, including without limitation details of the status of the order.
Customer Order means a request for Service submitted by Customer in the form designated by Level 3.
Customer Order means a form described in general which is attached as Exhibit A, and which evidences the agreement as to the terms of a particular transaction for the service(s) provided under this Agreement.
