Customer Order definition

Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.
Customer Order means an order to buy or sell an NMS security that is not for the account of a broker or dealer, but shall not include any order for a quantity of a security having a market value of at least $50,000 for an NMS se- curity that is an option contract and a market value of at least $200,000 for any other NMS security.
Customer Order means an order of a Product by a Customer.

  • If a Customer Order requires the delivery of Service in a jurisdiction where, in order for such Customer Order to be enforceable against the parties, additional terms must be added, then the parties shall incorporate such terms into the Customer Order (preserving, to the fullest extent possible, the terms of this Agreement).

  • The Dell APEX Service shall be purchased by the Customer via APEX Console with configurations, Base Capacity and OnDemand Capacity, as defined in the Customer Order.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, neither party may resiliate the Agreement or any Customer Order during a term, and Customer expressly waives the application of Section 2125 of the Civil Code of Québec.


More Definitions of Customer Order

Customer Order means an order for purchase of Products or availing of Services provided by the Sub Merchant at the Sub Merchant’s Site and made by the Customer at the Sub Merchant’s Site and every Customer Order shall be specifically designated by a Customer Order number on mention or use of which the details of the Customer Order could be obtained by the Customer from the Sub Merchant on-line at the Site, including without limitation details of the status of the Customer Order.
Customer Order means a request for Service submitted by Customer in the form designated by Level 3.
