The Third Party definition

The Third Party means any natural person or legal entity or unincorporated entity other than the Client or the Contractor.
The Third Party refers to any individual, legal person, governmental agency or other economic entities other than Party A, Party B and any subsidiary company, branch company of Party B.

More Definitions of The Third Party

The Third Party means any natural person or legal entity or unincorporated entity other than the Client or the Contractor. “The Contract Price” means the price defined in Article 7 hereof and includes adjustments in accordance with the Article 8 hereof.

If Hawaiian has made significant modifications or enhancements to the System (other than those described in the Specifications or effected through the provisions of Article VI), EDS will (i) perform the development services necessary to convert the EDS-Developed Software so that it may utilize an alternative database management system as an additional service to Hawaiian subject to the provisions of Section 4.8, and (ii) charge for such services only the incremental, additional development and conversion costs attributable to such modifications or enhancements at [Confidential Treatment Requested] for such services.
