The Transport Operators definition

The Transport Operators means all or any of London Regional Transport, Transport for London, a PPP company for the purposes of section 210 Greater London Authority Act 1999, Docklands Light Railway and any independent transport service operators or their successors, as defined in section 240(6) Greater London Authority Act 1999.
