Examples of The UW in a sentence
The UW shall not be liable to the Contractor or to any Subcontractor, regardless of the form of action, for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, or for any claim or demand based on a release of information, or patent, copyright, or other intellectual property right infringement.
The UW or the Contractor may terminate this Contract in whole or in part, at any time, by mutual agreement.
The UW shall receive prompt written notice of each notice or claim of copyright infringement received by the Contractor with respect to any Materials delivered under this Contract.
