Thermally Equivalent Quantities definition

Thermally Equivalent Quantities means the thermal quantities of Natural Gas received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt adjusted for Transporter Use Gas.

  • The quantities of Natural Gas delivered hereunder at the Point(s) of Delivery shall be Thermally Equivalent Quantities of the Natural Gas received at the Point(s) of Receipt.

  • All such quantities shall be received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt and Thermally Equivalent Quantities shall be delivered to Shipper or for Shipper's account at the Point(s) of Delivery specified in Exhibit "A" to Shipper's IT-1 Service Agreement.

  • Therapeutically equivalent means a drug product with the same efficacy and toxicity when administered to an individual as the originally prescribed drug as provided for in Section 39‑24‑40.

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."
