Third degree by consanguinity definition

Third degree by consanguinity relation means the Board Member's or officer's parents, grandparents, great grandparents, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, but does not include the spouse of each of these.
Third degree by consanguinity relation means the Employee’s parents, grandparents, great grandparents, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, but does not include the spouse of each of these, and only includes aunts and uncles who are the siblings of the Employee’s parents.
Third degree by consanguinity means the relationships of third degree by consanguinity as provided by law, i.e. an individual’s great-grandparent, great-grandchild, aunt who is a sister of a parent of the individual, uncle who is a brother of a parent of the individual, nephew who is a child of a brother or sister of the individual, or niece who is a child of a brother or sister of the individual. For the purposes of this Code, an adopted child is considered to be the child of the adoptive parent.
