Third Floor means the third floor of the Accommodation Building of both Lease Area A and Lease Area B, which include twenty (20) rooms, two recreational rooms and two laundry rooms with a total area of 1,336 square meters. A floor layout of the Third Floor is attached with this Lease Agreement as Exhibit A.

Third Floor. The third floor is not to be used due to liability. The items stored there are also not to be removed and used. KITCHEN AREA: INVENTORY: An Inventory Sheet is provided. This Inventory Sheet MUST BE COMPLETED BY ALL USERS of the Clubhouse and RETURNED to the Clubhouse Coordinator. Indicate any dishes etc. broken.   • Yard means the land other than publicly owned land around or appurtenant to the whole or any part of a residential or non-residential property and used or capable of being used in connection with the property.
