Third Lien Obligations definition

Third Lien Obligations means Third Lien Debt and all other Obligations in respect thereof. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the term “Third Lien Obligations” will include accrued interest, fees, costs, and other charges incurred under the Third Lien Documents, whether incurred before or after commencement of an Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding.
Third Lien Obligations means the “Secured Obligations” as defined in the Security Agreement.
Third Lien Obligations means the “Obligations”, or other similar definition of the same effect as defined in the Third Lien Loan Agreement as in effect on the Third Lien Debt Incurrence Date or as amended from time to time in accordance with the Third Lien Subordination Agreement.

Examples of Third Lien Obligations in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall impair the obligations of Parent, Company or any other Grantor or any Guarantor, which are absolute and unconditional, to pay the First Lien Obligations, the Second Lien Obligations and the Third Lien Obligations as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with their terms.

  • In furtherance of Section 2.03, prior to the Discharge of First Lien Obligations, if the New Third Lien Obligations are secured by assets of the Grantors that do not also secure the First Lien Obligations, the applicable Grantors shall promptly grant a First Priority Lien on such assets to secure the First Lien Obligations.
