Third Party Product definition

Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
Third Party Product shall include product manufactured or developed by a corporate entity independent from Contractor and provided by Contractor on a non-exclusive licensing or other distribution agreement with the third party
Third Party Product means a Product provided by a Third Party.

More Definitions of Third Party Product

Third Party Product means any non-Arctic Wolf branded products and services (including Equipment, and any operating system software included therewith) and non-Arctic Wolf-licensed software products, including Open Source Software.
