Tier 2 Capital Instruments definition

Tier 2 Capital Instruments means any instrument or other obligation issued or entered into by the Issuer or a Subsidiary that constitutes Tier 2 capital of the Issuer pursuant to the Capital Regulations.
Tier 2 Capital Instruments means any instrument or other similar obligation issued by the Issuer or a Subsidiary that constitutes Tier 2 Capital of either (i) the Issuer, on an unconsolidated basis or (ii) the Group on a consolidated basis for the purposes of the Capital Regulations.
Tier 2 Capital Instruments means any instrument or other similar obligation issued by the Issuer or a Subsidiary that constitutes Tier 2 Capital of either (i) the Issuer, on an unconsolidated basis or (ii) the Group on a consolidated basis for the purposes of the Capital Regulations that rank or are expressed to rank senior to the Capital Securities by operation of law or contract.

More Definitions of Tier 2 Capital Instruments

Tier 2 Capital Instruments means tier 2 instruments of the Issuer as defined in Article 63 of the CRR which are treated as such by the then current requirements of the Regulator, and as amended by Part 10 of the CRR (Article 484 et seq. on grandfathering);
