Tier 2 Rate definition

Tier 2 Rate. (08/15/08 Version) means the Tier 2 Rate as defined in the TRM.
Tier 2 Rate means any Priority Firm Power (PF) rate that reflects Tier 2 Costs and applies to power purchased under a CHWM Contract to meet a customer’s Above-CHWM Load.
Tier 2 Rate means the per MWh charge used by all LSEs and NYSERDA as calculated by the formula adopted in the Tier 2 Order and as posted on NYSERDA’s website, and including any administrative adder, if approved by the Commission.3

Examples of Tier 2 Rate in a sentence

  • In addition, any Dedicated Resource amounts or amounts purchased at a Tier 2 Rate that would otherwise be made eligible for removal or remarketing due to the addition of resources under section 3.5.3 do not have temporary resource removal or remarketing rights under this section.

  • BPA will also limit the availability of this service to an amount of resource that is at least 1 aMW greater than or equal to the amount of forecast Above-RHWM Load the customer is expected to have for the first year the customer is applying the resource to serve Above-RHWM Load that the customer is not already planning to serve by BPA at a Tier 2 Rate and by another Dedicated resource.

  • Tier 2 Vintage Rate” (09/08/08 Version) means a Tier 2 Rate at which customers may elect to purchase Firm Requirements Power in accordance with section 2.3 of Exhibit C.


More Definitions of Tier 2 Rate

Tier 2 Rate means the Tier 2 Rate as defined in the TRM.
Tier 2 Rate means the per MWh charge used by all LSEs and NYSERDA as calculated by the formula adopted in the Tier 2 Order and as posted on NYSERDA’s website, and including any administrative adder, if approved by the Commission.27
Tier 2 Rate means the rate incorporated into these terms, as amended from time to time, and published by ME as the tier 2 rate for the ME InterestME Savings Account.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • U.S. Base Rate means, on any day, the annual rate of interest equal to the greater of (a) the annual rate of interest announced by a commercial Canadian bank selected by the Lender and in effect as its base rate at its principal office in Toronto, Ontario on such day for determining interest rates on Dollar demand commercial loans in Canada, and (b) the sum of the Federal Funds (Effective) Rate plus 0.50% per annum.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Annual Revenue Rate means the rate employed to assess a compliance penalty charge on a Curtailment Service Provider under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 11. Annual Transmission Costs:

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.

  • Base Interest Rate means a rate of interest based on the LIBOR-Rate. "BASE INTEREST RATE LOAN" shall mean amounts outstanding under this note that bear interest at a Base Interest Rate. "BASE RATE MATURITY DATE" shall mean the last day of the Interest Period with respect to principal outstanding on which a Base Interest Rate has bee selected by Debtor. Any Interest Period which would otherwise end on a non-Business Day shall end on the next succeeding Business Day unless that is the first day of a month, in which event such Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day. "LIBOR RATE" shall mean a per annum rate of interest (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) at which dollar deposits, in immediately available funds and in lawful money of the United States would be offered to Bank, outside of the United States, for a term coinciding with the Interest Period selected by Debtor and for an amount equal to the amount of principal covered by Debtor's interest rate selection, plus Bank's costs, including the costs, if any, of reserve requirements. "ORIGINATION DATE" shall mean the Business Day on which funds are made available to Debtor relating to Debtor's selection of a Base Interest Rate. "REFERENCE RATE" shall mean the rate announced by Bank from time to time at its corporate headquarters as its "REFERENCE RATE."   • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Term SOFR Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the following rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for deposits in the currency of the Strike Price: the Reference Interest Rate specified in the Table which has been published on the screen page specified in the Table (the "Screen
