Tier I Account definition

Tier I Account means an Eligible Account with a Tier I Account Party.
Tier I Account means (i) an Eligible Account Receivable owing by a Tier I Account Party described under clause (i) of the definition of Tier I Account Party or (ii) an Eligible Account Receivable with a Tier I Account Party described under clause (ii) of the definition of Tier I Account Party, but only to the extent that it is supported by Acceptable Investment Grade Credit Enhancement.

  • Applicable Concentration Percentage: with respect to (a) a Specified Account Debtor, 100%, (b) Tier I Account Debtors, 70%, (c) Tier II Account Debtors, 40% and (d) Tier III Account Debtors, 30%.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 9.2.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the General Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.
