Tier II Members definition

Tier II Members means the Members holding Tier II Units as set forth on Exhibit A, as revised from time to time.

Examples of Tier II Members in a sentence

  • Establishing An Employee-Funded Annual Cost-Of-Living Adjustment For Tier II Members.

  • Tier II Members: One representative may be appointed as needed from each of the following: Citizens Advisory Committee, Health Industry, Agriculture Industry, Environment/Conservation, Economic Development, Building Industry, Transit User/Provider, Education and Environmental Justice.

  • Tier II Members do not have to meet all of the criteria of Tier I membership.

  • Notwithstanding for foregoing, the City will also report as compensation for retirement purposes the Employer Paid Member Contribution of 9.0% for any Tier II Members that were hired prior to July 1, 2011 but who became Safety Members on or after July 1, 2011.

  • The TOC shall consist of senior technical representatives from Consortium Members, with representation from NASA, from the FAA, and from Industry Tier I and Tier II Members.

  • The Village agrees to adopt Section 443(£) of the Retirement and Social Security Law providing for one year final average salary for Tier II Members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fire Department effective June 1, 2001.

  • An ACC objective is to retain a reasonable number of Tier I and Tier II Members.

  • Tier II Members may be Members of the TOC, but not Members of the ESC.

  • Tier II Members are U.S. incorporated entities selected by the ESC, using the criteria in Paragraph 3.2 for consideration.

Related to Tier II Members

  • Class B Members means the Members holding Class B Units.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Committee members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.
