Tier One Manufacturer definition

Tier One Manufacturer means each manufacturer or supplier of Floor Plan Units identified as a “Tier One Manufacturer” from time to time on Schedule 1.02-B attached hereto. Each of the manufacturers or suppliers listed as a Tier One Manufacturer on Schedule 1.02-B on the Effective Date shall be deemed to be a Tier One Manufacturer as of the Effective Date, subject, however, to the right of the Administrative Agent to change the Manufacturer Category of any manufacturer or supplier of Floor Plan Units (or to add a manufacturer or supplier to a Manufacturer Category) from time to time after the Effective Date in accordance with Section 2.02(f) or Section 2.07(k).

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Original manufacturer means the original component manufacturer, the original equipment manufacturer, or the contract manufacturer.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • City-based manufacturer means a person who: (i) holds any appropriate city license; (ii) is subject to applicable city taxes; and (iii) owns, operates, or leases a manufacturing facility within the city.

  • Motor vehicle manufacturer means any of the following:

  • Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Locally manufactured goods means goods whose value, either in whole or in part, is derived from growing, producing, processing, assembling, or manufacturing activities that occur within a city-based manufacturer's facility located within the city.

  • MANUFACTURERS means M/s and shall include their legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Third Party Originating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier that originates Transit Traffic that transits AT&T-TSP’s network and is delivered to CLEC.

  • Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
