TIF District definition

TIF District means an area designated by a resolution described in § 5406(1) of this title.
TIF District means any tax increment financing district presently established or to be established in the future in the Development District.
TIF District means any tax increment financing district presently established or to be established in the future in the Project Area.

TIF District means a tax increment financing district created by a municipality pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 1892.
