Timber Notes definition

Timber Notes shall have the meaning given it in Section 4.1.
Timber Notes means the 6.55% Series B Class A-1, 7.11% Series B Class A-2 and 7.71% Series B Class A-3 Timber Collateralized Notes due 2028, issued by SPC pursuant to the Indenture dated as of July 20, 1998, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture dated as July 16, 1999 and the Second Supplemental Indenture dated as of November 18, 1999, between SPC and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as trustee.
Timber Notes has the meaning specified in the definition ofTimberland Installment Note Transaction”.

Timber Notes means the notes in the amount of $735 million issued by OMX Timber Finance Investments I, LLC pursuant to that certain Indenture, dated as of December 21, 2004, with ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. as the indenture trustee.
