The Borrowers and their Subsidiaries will promptly provide the Timberland Valuation Consultant with any information reasonably necessary or requested by such Timberland Valuation Consultant to complete or perform any Timberland Valuation Update.
Timberland means land, other than land owned by the federal government and land designated by the board as experimental forest land, which is available for, and capable of, growing a crop of trees of a commercial species used to produce lumber and other forest products, including Christmas trees. Commercial species shall be determined by the board on a district basis.
Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, each of (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (c) Lincoln International LLC, (d) Duff & Xxxxxx and (e) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by the Borrower and the Facility Agent.
Independent Financial Consultant means a financial consultant or firm of such consultants generally recognized to be well qualified in the financial consulting field, appointed and paid by the District, who, or each of whom:
Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction and/or rehabilitation of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.
Risk Retention Consultation Party means each risk retention consultation party appointed pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Environmental Consultant has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(a).
Independent Valuation Provider means any of Xxxxxxx & Marsal, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Capital, Inc., Duff & Xxxxxx LLC, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx and Company, Lincoln Partners Advisors, LLC, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, LLC and Valuation Research Corporation and Xxxxx, or any other Independent nationally recognized third-party appraisal firm selected by the Administrative Agent, and reasonably acceptable to the Borrower.
Company Valuation means $135,000,000.
Engineering Consultant means a person or firm that has the expertise in the engineering aspects of the type of system by which the withdrawn area is receiving service that is necessary to make the determination required under Subsections (5)(f) and (g).
Independent Valuation has the meaning set forth in Section 1.68(d).
Timberlands means all the timberlands from time to time owned by the Loan Parties.
Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

Independent physician means a physician who is chosen by the resident of the assisted living facility and who has no financial interest in the assisted living facility, directly or indirectly, as an owner, officer, or employee or as an independent contractor with the residence.
Excess valuation assets for a valuation period means:
Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.
Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
SBI Engineer means The Civil/Electrical Engineer in-charge of the Project, as nominated by the AGM (P&E), SBI, RAJKOT
Engineer-in-Charge/Consultant/Architect : This term shall mean any authorized representative or person specifically deputed by the Employer wherever they are employed from time to time by the Employer.
Investment Consultant means PMA Asset Management, LLC, or such other Person who shall be acceptable to the Governing Board.
Independent living services means services and activities provided to a child in foster care 14 years
Bondable transition property means the property consisting of
Property Management Agreement means that certain management agreement between the Company and the Property Manager with respect to the management of the Property.
Value Engineering (VE) means a discipline of engineering that studies the relative monetary values of various materials and construction techniques, including the intial cost, maintenance cost, energy usage, replacement cost, and life expectancy of the materials, equipment or systems under consideration.
