Time Employed. A Unit Member’s work load that is less than full time (FTE) will be computed as follows: • 80% = 4 periods (138 students) • 60% = 3 periods (104 students) • 40% = 2 periods (69 students) • 20% = 1 period (35 students) • Independent Study/College Connection prorated based on hours.
